We ship to the UK and internationally. If your order is placed before 3pm we aim to dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will dispatch the next day. Orders can be collected at no extra charge from our shop in Islington within a few hours of placing the order. Please note some orders may take more time due to stock levels.

Orders received after 12pm Saturday or on Sunday will dispatch the next working day. We use First Class Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For and Parcelforce for shipping within the UK. For International orders, we use Royal Mail and the carrier will change to your national local delivery service when your order has reached customs.
Tracking numbers are always provided once your item(s) are in transit. If you have not received a dispatch notification within a day or two after placing your order, please get in touch with us at

Returns and refunds

We are here to help if you are not thrilled with your item or there has been any issue in transit. If you would like to place a return, please notify the team with your name, order number and order details at within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a returns address for you to send the package to. Please send the package within a week of receiving the return confirmation and address. Return costs are to be paid by the customer.

 Find below conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • The returned item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The item(s) must be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

  • If you have proof of postage, please retain it until we have received the item(s) back.

 If the conditions above are not met and the item is damaged or has been used, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your return and refund to be processed once we get the item(s) back. Refund will be processed to the original payment method used. Bespoke products such as bespoke lampshades or bespoke cushions cannot be returned, this will be advised when providing a quote for the bespoke product.

All sale purchases are final. Item(s) bought during sale periods or where special promotions apply are not eligible for return.

Return queries placed after 14 days of receipt of order will be refused as the window for return has expired.

Please note we are currently not accepting returns on jewellery. Jewellery item(s) can be exchanged for another piece up to one time. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.


We can help if you would like to exchange your product. If you bought your item from our shop, please always bring proof of purchase when exchanging your item(s).

If you placed an order and would like to exchange it get in touch with us at We will provide the necessary information for you to send the item(s) back. Charges may apply for shipping the second parcel. Once we have received your item(s) we will proceed to send you the replacement product and will provide tracking information via email. Bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged.
